1. Who we are

IntellScore (“we”, “us”) operates IntellGovern. We act as data controller for account and marketing data, and as data processor for content you upload to your workspace.

2. What we collect

Account details (name, work email, company), usage data, and any documents, initiatives or notes you choose to upload to your workspace, plus lead enquiry details submitted through our forms.

3. How we use it

To provide and improve the Service, respond to enquiries, secure your account, and — where you've consented — to send you relevant product updates.

4. Data residency

Customer workspace data is hosted on UK/EU infrastructure by default.

5. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share data with sub-processors strictly necessary to operate the Service (e.g. hosting providers), under appropriate data-processing agreements.

6. Retention

We retain account and workspace data for as long as your account is active, and lead enquiry data for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to and follow up on your enquiry.

7. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us.

8. Security

We apply encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access control and audit logging across the Service.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time; material changes will be notified to active customers.
