1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using IntellGovern (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation.

2. The Service

IntellGovern provides tools to assess, score and document AI governance practices against frameworks including the EU AI Act, ISO 42001 and NIST AI RMF. Outputs are decision-support materials and do not constitute legal advice.

3. Accounts and workspaces

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your workspace. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

4. Customer data

You retain ownership of all documents, initiatives and other content you submit. We process this content solely to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Subscriptions and fees

Fees are agreed separately per plan and are billed in advance unless otherwise stated. Annual pricing is available on request.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to access it by means other than the interfaces we provide, or use it to store unlawful content.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate an agreement in accordance with the applicable order form or, absent one, with 30 days' written notice.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IntellScore's liability arising from use of the Service is limited as set out in the applicable order form.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified to active customers.
